About Us
Who are we? Enrico Colucci is the proprietor of this agency. He was born and raised in Jersey City, NJ. He graduated with a degree in Culinary Arts from Hudson County Community College in 1991. Enrico has extensive experience. Having worked on the kitchen line as a Sous Chef for a hotel and private caterer, he started his own catering company Roseto Catering Co. Inc. in 1993. With Enrico’s knowledge of food preparation and catering to various clients, he learned there was a great demand for professional wait staff to serve his hard work! Final presentation and delivery of food to a plate is equally important. Thus, World Class Staffing Services began in 1995. In 1997, Filomena Colucci joined the company. With a Supervisory Management Certification earned in 1999 and, a Bachelor in Environmental Studies from the University of Waterloo, Canada in 1994, Filomena combined her knowledge and assisted in growing their Employment Agency, World Class Staffing Services.
Together, with teamwork and vision, World Class Staffing Services has grown to service over 100 facilities and now employ over 200 part-time staff. Needless to say, Enrico and Filomena have Maitre d’ countless functions at country clubs, hotels, banquet facilities, corporate dining, restaurants, and high profile private engagements. From 100 staff at one time to 1 server for a special dinner, we are accommodating and will work with you, our client.
